About the Role

Owner of the Operational Governance for one Region. Working closely with the Regional SVP, the role ensures alignment of all Regional Application Centers and Global Expertise Teams regarding opportunities pipeline, portfolio reviews, workload, initiatives, offer deployment and transformation decisions made at ONE Solution Global Governance level. The position is within the Regional Solution Center and reports to the Regional Solution Center SVP. • Launch new offers and ensure tendering and execution readiness with Line of Businesses. • Provide feedback on systemic quality and competitiveness issues and help resolve them. • Share best practices and lessons learned across the region. • Align all Zone Solution Centers, Global Expertise Teams, and targeted Segment Teams. • Maximize opportunities and ensure alignment with all Lines of Business, consolidating regionally. • Lead monthly opportunity portfolio alignment calls per zone. • Conduct monthly workload management reviews, monitor challenges, and coordinate corrective action plans. • Provide performance visibility to the Division Regional leader. • Evaluate and develop technical competencies across divisions, including design and technical leaders. • Facilitate career path development, mobility, and coordination of Regional Engineering Platforms. • Contribute to Quarterly Business Review preparation per zone.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a level +5 years degree (engineering school, MSc or commercial high school) and be fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus. A minimum of 10 years managing Category‑A projects and at least 2 years of direct‑report experience is required. Experience in tendering and in cross‑functional, cross‑border environments is valued. Strong communication skills in a cross‑cultural setting, proven leadership under pressure, ability to influence within a complex matrix, extensive networking, a solid digital background with familiarity of EcoStruxure solutions, and comfort with integrated digital tools are essential.
