About the Role

The position involves general clean‑up and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment, assisting with material handling and equipment operation, monitoring and reporting equipment or safety issues, and supporting plant operations by following safety and operational procedures. Successful candidates must complete a post‑offer pre‑employment physical, drug/alcohol screening, and background check; some positions require FMCSA‑regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. The role primarily takes place in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow safety protocols. • Capability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions. • Willingness to learn and operate heavy equipment and tools. • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
