About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple sites, both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities include assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies; performing daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability; auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess and meet customers’ storage needs, upsell packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and readiness. • Audit cash drawers, perform bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collections. • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and exterior maintenance duties.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift and move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50 % of the time walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Cleaning and routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal are also part of the job. Successful candidates typically come from customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required to travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement available. • Ability to lift/move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, including stairs and large doors. • Prior experience in customer‑service sales roles (retail, restaurant, fast‑food) preferred.
