About the Role
• Lead design management for large‑scale projects, focusing on data center initiatives. • Develop and implement design management tools and procedures to optimize workflows. • Mentor and lead a team of design professionals in a collaborative environment. • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery. • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including architects, engineers, and construction professionals. • Review and approve design outputs for quality and contractual compliance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and sub‑consultants. • Analyze project risks and devise mitigation strategies. • Incorporate innovative design solutions and stay updated on industry trends. • Prepare and present comprehensive design reports and recommendations to senior management.

What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred. • Minimum 15 years of design management experience with a proven project delivery record. • Deep understanding of the design process and project lifecycle. • Strong project and design programming skills. • Expertise in creating and applying design management tools and procedures. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities for diverse teams. • Commercial awareness and experience managing project financials. • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and InDesign. • Experience with data center projects (highly desirable). • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments. • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. • Willingness to travel as required.
