About the Role
The Make Ready Technician role focuses on efficiently performing all necessary maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure they are market‑ready for new tenants. Day‑to‑day duties involve carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing tasks, as well as installing, repairing, and re‑keying deadbolt locks. The technician ensures service requests are completed promptly while maintaining company safety standards. • Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance repairs in vacant units. • Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks. • Complete service requests promptly and adhere to safety standards. • Maintain flexible availability for on‑call and varied schedules.
