About the Role
The QA/QC Manager will drive quality assurance across electrical data‑center and utility‑scale solar projects, overseeing inspections, audits and compliance with industry standards, regulations and internal specifications. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams, suppliers and contractors to embed a culture of quality excellence. • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans for electrical and solar projects. • Conduct regular inspections, audits and supplier assessments to verify compliance. • Maintain documentation such as inspection reports, NCRs and corrective‑action plans. • Lead root‑cause investigations and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives. • Deliver training on quality processes and keep the team updated on regulatory changes. • Ensure adherence to local, state, federal and industry regulations (ISO, IEC, NEC, etc.). • Coordinate with health‑safety teams to integrate quality and environmental controls.

What You Bring
The role is primarily field‑based, requiring use of personal protective equipment, the ability to navigate active construction sites and occasional office visits. Flexibility for nights, weekends, overtime and work in varied weather conditions is expected. • Minimum 4 years of hands‑on electrical field or project engineering experience. • Proven quality control/assurance background in electrical construction or utility‑scale solar. • Strong knowledge of solar construction standards, ISO/IEC/NEC regulations. • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft AX, Project and similar tools. • Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills. • Preferred certification such as ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence. • On‑site work at active commercial job sites with required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, high‑visibility vest, etc.). • Ability to work around energized equipment and in confined or uneven spaces. • Travel up to 25 % and occasional overtime, night or weekend shifts.
