About the Role

Helpers assist across Gas Operations, performing leak surveys, maintenance, installation, and repair of gas facilities. Work includes handling regulation, metering, odorization, and both below‑ and above‑ground customer piping. The position requires versatility and a focus on safety and reliability. • Perform gas system leak surveys, including natural gas detection. • Conduct maintenance, installation, and repair of gas facilities and piping (both above and below ground). • Work with regulation, metering, odorization, and customer piping systems.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high‑school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 50 lb. Preferred qualifications include prior construction or mechanical experience and familiarity with natural‑gas leak surveys. Two skill levels exist—entry and advanced; the advanced level additionally requires natural‑gas experience, polyfusion knowledge, a Class A CDL, and heavy‑equipment operation.
