Technician

About the Role

As a facilities technician you will ensure smooth daily operations by regularly inspecting plant and facilities equipment, using predefined checklists, and walking duty technicians through weekend work plans while providing technical recommendations as needed. You will serve as the first point of contact for equipment repairs, coordinate with vendors on short‑notice maintenance, accelerate equipment moves, adds and changes, and always adhere to local government rules and regulations. • Inspect equipment rooms and facilities daily using checklists. • Guide duty technicians on weekend work plans and provide technical recommendations. • Perform equipment repairs and coordinate vendor maintenance on short notice. • Manage equipment moves, additions, and changes efficiently. • Ensure all actions comply with local governmental regulations. • Work on‑site in Pune, Maharashtra with a 48‑hour weekly schedule.

What You Bring

The role requires electrical or mechanical certification and prior experience in facilities maintenance. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and fluency in English and Chinese is considered a plus. • Hold electrical or mechanical certification and prior facilities maintenance experience. • Demonstrate strong written and spoken communication skills; English and Chinese proficiency is a plus.
