About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving operational excellence, optimizing profitability, and scaling systems while maintaining a strong culture and guest-first mindset. • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. • Develop and implement scalable processes, operating procedures, and best practices. • Lead, mentor, and develop regional leaders, general managers, and operations teams. • Monitor KPIs including labor, food & beverage costs, margins, and guest satisfaction. • Manage vendor relationships, supply chains, and service-level performance. • Support new restaurant openings, concept launches, and market expansion initiatives. • Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. • Partner with culinary, beverage, and service teams to maintain exceptional guest experiences. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and regulatory standards. • Lead daily operations across all restaurants, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand standards.

What You Bring
• Skilled in leading multi-location restaurant operations and new openings. • Bachelor’s in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. • Exceptional people leadership, communication, and change-management abilities. • Hands-on, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. • Proven experience as COO, VP of Operations, or senior operations leader in a growing hospitality organization. • Strong financial acumen with a track record of improving margins and operational performance. • 10+ years in progressive hospitality or multi-unit operations leadership.
