About the Role
The Structures Design Engineer will develop detailed structural calculation models, prepare design documentation, and coordinate with the drafting team to produce high‑quality engineering drawings for bridge projects. The role requires expertise in concrete and steel structural design and adherence to national and international design codes. In this position, the engineer will support multiple projects simultaneously, manage priorities and deadlines, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary engineering team. They will provide technical input and solutions to the Technical Director, ensuring project quality, consistency, and technical excellence throughout all design stages. • Develop structural calculation models for concrete and steel bridge structures. • Prepare technical design documentation, reports and engineering deliverables. • Collaborate with drafting team to produce detailed construction drawings. • Apply relevant structural codes and standards (Eurocodes, AASHTO, ACI, CSA, AS, etc.). • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines. • Support Technical Director with analyses, technical input, and engineering solutions. • Participate in multidisciplinary teamwork and ensure coordination across engineering teams. • Contribute to project quality and technical excellence throughout design stages.

What You Bring
• Hold a degree in Civil Engineering (MSc preferred) with 5–10 years bridge design experience. • Proficient in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, CUBUS, and Sofistik.
