About the Role

Your impact includes partnering with the Architectural Design team to confer with clients, engineers, and other consultants to develop clear project goals, deadlines, budgets, and expectations. Prepare detailed construction documents such as site plans, construction details, specifications, cost estimates, and bid proposals. Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures. Create graphic representations of proposed plans using Revit, SketchUp, and hand‑graphics. Inspect construction sites to ensure projects adhere to original design plans, codes, and contract documents. • Collaborate with architects, clients, engineers, and consultants to define project goals, schedules, and budgets. • Develop detailed site development and construction documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates. • Produce design graphics and 3D visualizations using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Select materials, planting, and irrigation solutions and verify compliance through construction site reviews. • Prepare bid proposals and coordinate existing and proposed land feature arrangements. • Inspect construction sites to ensure adherence to design intent, codes, and contract documents.

What You Bring

The Landscape Architect role requires 3–8 years of experience collaborating with architects, clients, engineers, and consultants to define project goals, schedules, and budgets. You will develop detailed site development and construction documentation, including plans, details, specifications, and cost estimates, while coordinating existing and proposed land features. Produce clear, compelling design graphics using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong 3D visualization and rendering skills. Select appropriate materials and planting/irrigation solutions, and perform construction site reviews to confirm compliance with design intent, codes, and contract documents. Here’s what you’ll need: a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Landscape Architecture and 3‑8 years of professional experience. Technical knowledge of landscape architecture site development elements and strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite are required. Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines is essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations, and vendors are also necessary. A state‑registered Landscape Architect license is preferred. Stand‑out qualities include strong analytical problem‑solving skills, effective communication, creativity, and expertise in planting and irrigation design. Advanced visualization skills, including 3‑D modeling and rendering, will further differentiate candidates. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture with 3–8 years of professional experience. • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, and ability to meet tight deadlines. • Preferred: state‑registered Landscape Architect license. • Possess analytical problem‑solving, creativity, and expertise in planting and irrigation design.
