About the Role

In this role, the incumbent will drive architecture, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions across ESG, blending deep technical expertise with strategic vision to enhance product capabilities, optimize operations, and create innovative data‑driven offerings. By leveraging AI, the leader will help the organization achieve greater efficiency, product innovation, and data‑driven decision making. • Lead design, development, and implementation of advanced AI/ML models for embedded, cloud, and edge systems. • Architect scalable AI platforms, pipelines, and frameworks for production deployment across product lines. • Define AI strategy, roadmap, and technical standards with product, engineering, and executive leadership. • Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage. • Provide expert guidance on data engineering, model training, validation, optimization, and lifecycle management. • Integrate AI capabilities into hardware, software, and IoT systems through cross‑functional collaboration. • Conduct root‑cause analysis and resolve complex AI‑related technical challenges. • Establish best practices for responsible AI, model governance, and system reliability. • Mentor and coach engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning. • Represent the organization as an AI subject‑matter expert at internal and external technical forums.

What You Bring

The position requires mastery of machine learning, embedded AI, and large‑scale system design, as well as the ability to mentor engineering teams and shape long‑term technology direction. The leader will also be responsible for guiding cross‑functional teams and influencing technology roadmaps across the enterprise. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/Ph.D. preferred) and 10+ years AI/ML engineering experience. • Demonstrate expertise in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision or NLP using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX. • Experience architecting and deploying production AI systems, cloud platforms, MLOps, and scalable data pipelines. • Desired experience with embedded AI, edge computing, or real‑time inference. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and influencing skills. • Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence organizational technical direction. • Travel less than 10% for the role.
