About the Role

The manager will develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for one large or several smaller accounts, lead cross‑regional teams to deepen distributor relationships, and gather detailed account intelligence to prioritize opportunities. Daily use of CRM for activity tracking, dashboard reporting, and promoting documented cost‑savings is required, along with ensuring professional account coordination and monitoring industry trends for competitiveness and compliance. • Develop and implement sales plans for major distributor accounts. • Lead cross‑regional sales teams to expand national distributor relationships. • Collect and analyze account data to identify decision‑makers and prioritize opportunities. • Utilize CRM daily for activity tracking, dashboard reporting, and cost‑savings communication. • Ensure professional account coordination and resolve ownership issues. • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes for competitive compliance. • Maintain expense control within budget guidelines.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or marketing field (or equivalent) and preferably five or more years of sales experience in the Power Transmission & Bearings industry. Residence in or near Kansas City is required, as are mechanical aptitude, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship. The position offers a base salary of $125,000 to $140,000 plus variable compensation. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years sales experience in power transmission & bearings. • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office, CRM, and business applications. • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; reside in/near Kansas City, MO.
