About the Role
The operative will perform a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, covering specialist and secondary trades while ensuring work is completed efficiently and within required deadlines. • Carry out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property inspections across multiple trades. • Address leaks, condensation, damp and mould issues in residential properties. • Complete all tasks efficiently and meet established deadlines. • Provide high‑quality customer service to residents and stakeholders. • Participate in Clarion’s bonus scheme and take advantage of overtime opportunities.

What You Bring
Candidates must have experience in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring and roofing, plus strong customer‑care skills. A valid UK driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK, residence in England or Wales and a Basic Criminal Record Check are required. • Operate a company‑provided van and maintain a valid UK driving licence. • Pass a Basic Criminal Record Check and satisfy UK work eligibility criteria.

Benefits
The role offers a salary of £36,000‑£41,000 plus benefits such as a company van, tools, a bonus scheme and regular overtime. It is based in Crawley, works 40 hours per week and is a permanent contract.
