About the Role
The shift lead will oversee maintenance activities, conduct routine inspections, perform preventive maintenance, lubricate and clean mechanisms, replace crusher liners and screen panels, adjust and repair conveyor belts, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure the safety and operational efficiency of crushing plant equipment.

What You Bring
The company is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Maintenance / Millwright Technician (Shift Lead) for its Tuscumbia, Alabama plant, reporting to the Plant Manager. The role offers competitive compensation, including shift differentials and overtime eligibility, and requires night and weekend work as needed. Qualified candidates must have strong mechanical aptitude, 2‑3 years of mining experience, prior fixed‑plant or mining maintenance background, and experience with crushers, conveyors, and screens.
