About the Role
The Implementation Specialist – CampaignTrack role focuses on delivering digital and SaaS solutions for real‑estate agency clients. The specialist will conduct product demos and training both before and after onboarding, and will work in a hybrid environment that offers pathways into solutions, leadership and other career tracks. The role sits within a close‑knit team that connects various agent‑solution platforms, offering high visibility and career opportunities across the Domain ecosystem. You will collaborate in a dynamic online environment that values new ideas and continuous improvement. • Deliver engaging demos, training sessions and webinars to help clients integrate Domain products. • Own the end‑to‑end client journey, from onboarding and rollouts to rebrands, upgrades and optimisation. • Partner with clients on setup, pricing, recommendations and best‑practice platform use to ensure smooth implementations. • Plan and lead product update rollouts, communicating new features and extracting value for clients. • Resolve product questions and help‑desk tickets within SLAs, collaborating with internal teams on complex issues. • Support customer retention and renewals by working with Solutions Leaders and Sales teams at scale. • Analyse campaign data to identify risks, trends and commercial opportunities. • Advocate for customer insights and feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product for continuous improvement. • Manage rebrands and template changes end‑to‑end, coordinating testing, specifications and timelines. • Maintain operational excellence in billing, reporting and product management, including invoicing, reconciliations and spend reporting.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate excels in customer service, communication, organisation, analytical thinking, commercial acumen and technical proficiency. Experience in real‑estate, technology or SaaS is advantageous. • Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills. • Proven ability to embed products and services at the customer level. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to organise, prioritise, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Demonstrated business and commercial acumen with financial awareness. • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills aligned with client needs. • Tech‑savvy with accurate administrative capabilities. • Real‑estate, technology or SaaS industry experience (nice to have).
