Key responsibilities include operating a variety of heavy equipment, conducting daily pre‑ and post‑inspections with proper documentation, performing equipment servicing and maintenance as directed, communicating effectively with the crew, and adhering to company policies and OSHA/MSHA/environmental regulations. • Operate articulated and rigid‑frame haul trucks, bobcats, track‑hoes, back‑hoes, motor grader, dozer, base stone roller, chipper truck, and broom. • Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑equipment inspections and complete required documentation. • Perform equipment servicing and maintenance as directed by management. • Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA/environmental safety regulations. • Perform general labor and clean‑up tasks as assigned. • Work overtime and extended hours when needed. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match and contributions.
