About the Role
The role coordinates and maintains company training programs, acting as a liaison among students, managers, technical instructors, and oversight committees. It responds to external agency requests and oversees all aspects of training from scheduling through record keeping. Key responsibilities include scheduling annual customer programs, tracking progress with training and learning software, and reporting on curriculum metrics. The position records and audits multi‑year student data to ensure regulatory compliance, manages curriculum content and ISD frameworks, and coordinates instructor‑led events such as room reservations, AV support, catering, and transportation. Consistent communication is provided to students, instructors, oversight committees, and external regulatory agencies. • Coordinate annual scheduling of customer training programs and manage end‑to‑end logistics. • Track student progress, maintain multi‑year records, and ensure regulatory compliance through audits and reporting. • Manage curriculum content, update training assets, and uphold ISD framework for NRC, OSHA, NFPA, and union standards. • Organize instructor‑led events, including room setup, AV support, materials, transportation, and catering. • Provide clear communication to students, instructors, oversight committees, and external agencies.

What You Bring
