About the Role
This role operates on a night shift schedule from 9 PM to 6 AM, providing direct leadership to a team of technicians and managing daily workflow and task assignments. The supervisor oversees the maintenance shop’s daily operations, coordinates repairs and maintenance work, and monitors both progress and quality to ensure efficient service delivery. Additional duties include reviewing driver repair requests, preparing work order documentation, performing hands‑on mechanical tasks when needed, and maintaining inventory levels of replacement parts. Personnel management responsibilities encompass coaching, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions, as well as contributing to decisions on termination, compensation, and promotions while enforcing company policies and safety regulations. • Supervise technicians and manage daily workflow. • Coordinate and oversee all maintenance work, repairs, and quality control. • Review driver repair requests and prepare work order documents. • Perform mechanical duties and restock replacement parts inventory. • Coach, train, evaluate, and discipline personnel; advise on termination, compensation, and promotions. • Enforce organizational policies and safety regulations. • Generate and submit required reports. • Participate in a stock purchase plan and 401(k) company match.

What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license.
