About the Role

The Human Resources Coordinator provides advanced administrative and operational support to enhance processes and improve efficiency within Hubbell’s HR department. This onsite role in Centralia, MO handles complex HR tasks and aids in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. • Provide HR support to Business Partners and campus staff • Process bi‑weekly hourly timecards for payroll • Answer employee inquiries on benefits, payroll, leave, records, and portals • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports • Assist recruitment: post openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, support onboarding • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records • Prepare and process employment contracts, terminations, and promotions • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires • Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and culture improvement • Help develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures • Contribute to process improvement and HR‑related projects

What You Bring
