About the Role
The Maintenance Technician C works under the direct supervision of a Lead Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager to perform preventive maintenance on both diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks. This role supports drivers by keeping a single fleet of state-of-the-art vehicles on the road and offers training on new technologies and equipment. Technicians enjoy a regular shift in a stable industry, recognition for exceptional performance, and clear career paths for professional growth. • Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on diesel and non-diesel vehicles • Conduct vehicle inspections, oil changes, fluid replenishment, tire changes, and light electrical work • Identify equipment issues through visual inspections and appropriate tools • Maintain a personal set of tools and receive a quarterly tool allowance

What You Bring
The position requires a basic understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems to conduct routine inspections, oil changes, fluid replenishment, tire changes, and light electrical work. Employees complete applicable company training programs and may be assigned additional duties as needed. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and overtime is available with weekly paid wages. • Hold a valid driver’s license; ASE certification or diesel maintenance program is a plus
