About the Role
The Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining security awareness, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the condominium building. • Greet residents, guests, and visitors courteously. • Manage guest check‑ins, visitor logs, and access control. • Monitor building security systems, cameras, and entry points. • Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries. • Answer phones, emails, and intercom communications promptly. • Coordinate with property management, security, and maintenance teams. • Enforce condominium rules and policies respectfully and consistently. • Assist residents with inquiries, reservations, and service requests. • Report incidents, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity to management. • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front‑desk area.
