The Sr. Inside Sales Representative (also called Sr. Equipment Rental Specialist) works as the front-line contact for telephone and walk-in customers, assessing equipment needs, negotiating terms, and placing orders. What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver’s license, and have either three years of equipment‑rental experience or a four-year degree plus one year in the industry. Successful applicants demonstrate strong customer-service and telephone skills, solid computer and administrative abilities, and may benefit from completing the DOT qualification process; bilingual ability is a plus in some locations. • High School diploma or GED required • Valid Driver’s license required • At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience or 4 year degree + 1 year equipment rental industry preferred • Strong customer service & telephone skills • Solid computer and administrative skills • Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
