About the Role

The Sr. Inside Sales Representative (also called Sr. Equipment Rental Specialist) works as the front-line contact for telephone and walk-in customers, assessing equipment needs, negotiating terms, and placing orders. The role also involves strong administrative tasks, supporting equipment dispatch logistics, and training other team members as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver’s license, and have either three years of equipment‑rental experience or a four-year degree plus one year in the industry.
