About the Role

Key responsibilities include data entry into SAP, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, assisting with document archiving and project closeouts, and generating monthly SAP reports. The specialist will also collaborate closely with the Business Manager and perform general duties such as filing, preparing correspondence, and other ad‑hoc tasks as needed. • Assist Business Manager and team with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation. • Enter client requests into SAP for tracking and reporting purposes. • Create and manage spreadsheets to support business needs. • Support archiving of documents and manage project closeouts. • Run monthly SAP reports for ongoing projects. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of administrative functions. • Perform general duties such as filing, preparing correspondence, and other miscellaneous tasks. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

The role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with both team members and clients. The ideal candidate has at least five years of administrative experience, strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, and preferably experience with SAP. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication are essential, along with the ability to work independently while being a team player and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. • Minimum five years of experience in an administrative role. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe). • Experience with SAP is highly preferred. • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player. • Self‑starter with proactive attitude, high initiative, and strong problem‑solving abilities. • Positive, professional demeanor with commitment to team success. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment. • Prior experience in construction or industrial services is a plus.
