About the Role

The Property Associate (PA) ensures organizational excellence by handling administrative functions for one or multiple buildings and providing accounting support while maintaining positive relationships with tenants, clients, and JLL. The role is on‑site in Boston, MA, with an estimated total compensation of $28.85‑$33.65 per hour and a standard schedule of Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm. • Process accounts payable by reviewing and coding invoices. • Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including billing statements and collection notices. • Track administrative expenses, monitor budgets, and identify cost‑reduction opportunities. • Manage lease documentation, execution, distribution, and filing. • Monitor lease notification deadlines to ensure timely distribution. • Respond to emails, phones, and work‑order systems promptly and route inquiries appropriately. • Organize office mail, correspondence, reports, and maintain physical and virtual filing systems. • Update employee, client, and customer contact databases and coordinate conference‑room reservations. • Handle building access requests, visitor and vendor coordination, and maintain insurance certificates. • Support compliance audits by preparing files and records. • Facilitate new‑tenant welcome orientation, move‑in/move‑out procedures, and access‑card management. • Assist with property budget preparation, utility meter billing, and vendor contract administration. • Provide general administrative support and ad‑hoc tasks to the property team.

What You Bring

Physical work requirements include prolonged sitting, frequent standing and walking, lifting up to 35 pounds, and using keyboards, phones, and stairwells during emergencies.
