About the Role
The Outside Sales Representative will generate profitable business for the equipment portfolio assigned to their profit center. What You Bring
Candidates should have either a four‑year degree with at least one year of relevant experience or three to four years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years old. Desired skills include project management, new‑business development, customer retention, strong communication and negotiation, and solid computer proficiency. Familiarity with ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment is preferred, and bilingual Spanish ability may be advantageous in certain locations. • Leverage cold‑calling and closing skills to expand an existing portfolio in a high‑demand market. • 4‑year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience or 3‑4 years of related sales experience. • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. • Minimum age of 21 years. • Strong project‑management, new‑business development and customer‑retention abilities. • Effective communication and negotiation skills. • Proficient computer skills. • Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment (preferred). • Bilingual Spanish may be preferred in some locations.

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000, a company vehicle, and a performance‑based commission structure.
