About the Role
The role involves general plant and mine labor, equipment operation, reporting equipment issues, light maintenance, and supporting other workers as needed. • Perform general plant and mine labor, including shoveling stone from around conveyors and cleaning production areas. • Operate equipment such as a skid steer and/or loader (experience preferred). • Report equipment problems to management and complete pre‑shift equipment reports. • Conduct light maintenance and maintain belt lines. • Fill in for other entry‑level production positions during vacations, absences, or increased demand. • Assist coworkers and perform other duties as assigned by management. • Follow all safety policies and maintain safe working conditions. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match after one year of service.

What You Bring
Candidates must follow all safety policies, maintain safe working conditions, be able to lift 50 lb and perform repetitive squatting, bending, and twisting, and be self‑motivated to work without constant supervision. The full‑time day shift runs approximately from 5:45 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour for this entry‑level position. No prior experience is required for some candidates, as Rogers Group provides training, and pay will be determined based on experience.
