About the Role
The Regional Sales Executive will deliver profitable, incremental revenue within an assigned geography by meeting or exceeding customer expectations. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with manufacturers, site owners, third‑party managers, engineering firms, contractors and other stakeholders to support customers’ strategic plans. The executive is responsible for both new‑business development and retention of existing accounts, regularly meeting clients to introduce and expand the company’s suite of services, which includes industrial services, field services, emergency response, site remediation, waste transportation and disposal. The executive will build and maintain a robust sales funnel, seeking opportunities with prospect and existing accounts across the full range of environmental solutions. They will create and communicate detailed account plans, including growth strategies, risk ratings and retention tactics, while leveraging the CRM daily to document activities and develop customer profiles. Ongoing market and competitive analysis will guide anticipation of changing customer needs, and the executive will promote additional services to increase profitable revenue. Required paperwork such as Customer Service Agreements will be completed promptly, and weekly travel—including overnight trips—will be undertaken as needed.

What You Bring
A proven track record of generating new business in the environmental field, strong technical expertise in regulatory compliance, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess at least five years of relevant waste or industry experience combined with a minimum of two years of direct selling experience in a customer‑facing role. A valid driver’s license and willingness to attend industry events, expos and conferences are also mandatory.

The position offers a salary range of $95,000 to $130,550, adjusted for local market conditions, and may include a performance‑based bonus plan.
