About the Role
The Container Welder/Fabricator is responsible for repairing, painting, and maintaining containers and roll‑off boxes. This role ensures containers are functional and meet safety standards. Key duties include performing repairs and maintenance on front, rear, and roll‑off containers, welding steel and aluminum components with MIG and ARC equipment, and fabricating steel parts using brakes, shears, plasma cutters, or torches. The technician also installs lids and wheels, paints repaired units, and installs company and safety decals according to standard diagrams. Complex repairs are escalated to the supervisor, and all required paperwork is completed.

What You Bring
Candidates must be certified welders with advanced knowledge of MIG and stick welding, plasma cutters, and airless paint sprayers. Familiarity with hand tools, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to follow directions with minimal supervision are required. The position requires at least one year of welding experience or completion of a welding program and works a 6 AM–2:30 PM shift. The hourly rate is $39.25 with eligibility for a bonus plan.
