About the Role
• Provide overall review and control of multiple engineering projects in the market sector. • Improve technical execution and develop approaches for Critical Facilities. • Participate in Expert Teams to establish general technical standards. • Support the Resource Manager in recruiting top technical talent. • Build relationships with technical vendors and develop technical preeminence. • Conduct team technical training and ensure project technical quality. • Implement smart technical concepts and develop the technical QA process. • Participate extensively on projects, author technical white papers, and present at conferences. • Utilize the QA process for proactive development of procedures.

What You Bring
• Hold a current PE registration with healthcare design experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. • 10+ years of project management experience. • 12+ years consulting experience in MEP engineering at a senior level. • 8 years of supervisory experience. • Experience with healthcare, federal, critical facilities, commercial, and aviation projects.
