About the Role

• Prepare construction drawings, plans, and specifications. • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, grading plans, street improvements, utilities, and specifications. • Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with engineering standards. • Identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and propose solutions with guidance. • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams. • Conduct basic stormwater calculations and reporting. • Plot and assemble civil engineering plans and reports. • Provide engineering and technical support to other departments.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • 0–2+ years experience in site/civil land development or related fields. • EIT certification preferred. • Knowledge of local city, county and state land‑use regulations. • Proficiency in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analysis, and grading design. • Demonstrated AutoCAD Civil 3D skills from concept through completion. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and judgment capabilities. • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. • Fluent in English for reading, writing, and verbal communication.

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $71,820 to $85,260, depending on qualifications.
