About the Role
• Translate global capability strategy into operational workflows, SOPs, and performance standards, and maintain end‑to‑end content management processes. • Manage daily allocation of content work, set quality benchmarks, and conduct regular quality and production reviews to meet SLAs and KPIs. • Coach and develop content managers, building capability plans focused on CMS expertise, metadata tagging, templating, and digital best practices. • Coordinate stakeholder expectations and communications, ensuring alignment with global governance while collaborating with Sales Activation, Salesforce, CMS, and AI/automation teams. • Build and maintain performance dashboards, produce monthly performance reports, and lead governance checks on metadata accuracy, folder structure, and workflow adherence. • Partner with platform owners (Salesforce, AEM, SharePoint, CMS) to define business requirements, drive adoption of new tools such as AI Sanitization Bot and AI Finder, and support system enhancements.
