About the Role
The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the project team and superintendent, including clerical duties, record keeping, meeting preparation, and coordination of deliveries and supplies. • Perform clerical tasks and operate basic office equipment • Answer incoming calls, provide information, forward calls, and take messages • File and maintain written records and create electronic copies • Receive, sort, and log all deliveries in a computer database • Prepare daily outbound deliveries • Prepare materials for design and construction meetings • Record and update minutes for site meetings • Procure consumable materials and office supplies • Support Superintendent with equipment inventory tracking and organization • Assist Superintendent with entry of craft worker timecards • Provide general project team support for day‑to‑day tasks • Schedule, track, and log repairs and maintenance for work trucks • Provide maps and directions to visitors, subcontractors, deliveries, and new employees • Log all applicants into the Craft Applicant Tracking Spreadsheet

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least three years of administrative experience, preferably supporting large teams, an associate’s degree in business or a related field, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, calendar systems, and basic office equipment.
