About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of a community, partnering with the Community Manager to oversee staff, vendors, service requests, preventative programs, safety compliance, and resident satisfaction. • Oversee daily maintenance operations, service requests, and preventative maintenance for community common areas and units. • Inspect grounds and buildings each day to identify and correct hazardous conditions. • Manage maintenance inventory and order supplies within budget while maintaining a stocked, OSHA‑compliant shop. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff; provide coaching and ensure compliance with Asset training standards. • Coordinate with vendors, obtain bids, and ensure quality and timely completion of repairs and renovations. • Deliver responsive customer service, monitor request turnaround, and enforce community policies with residents. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and unit inspections as needed.

What You Bring

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification (HVAC preferred), basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA. • Physical demands: lift/move objects over 100 lb, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, operate power tools, and be on‑call for overtime, weekends, and nights.
