About the Role
The Maintenance Technician supports the property’s maintenance program, handling corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic repairs under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role includes responding to resident and management work orders, performing make‑ready turnovers, maintaining swimming pools, inspecting grounds for hazards, and keeping the maintenance shop organized and compliant with OSHA standards. Participation in on‑call emergencies and unit inspections is also required. • Respond to resident and management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform routine, corrective, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance tasks. • Conduct make‑ready processes and assist with unit turnover events. • Maintain swimming pool cleanliness and accurate chemical logs. • Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify and correct hazards. • Implement and uphold a preventative maintenance program to extend property lifespan. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, well‑stocked, and compliant with OSHA safety standards. • Assist the supervisor with hazard communications, inventory monitoring, and record keeping. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and unit inspections as needed. • Provide excellent customer service and enforce community policies.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer proficiency, and an understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Benefits
