About the Role

The Pump and Power Foreman leads projects that involve set‑up and tear‑down of pump and power equipment, including bypass pumping, generator events, power distribution, HVAC, water restoration, and disaster response. This role requires coordinating crews, managing timelines, maintaining tools, and ensuring proper documentation while representing Sunbelt with customers and internal resources. • Leverage current skills while developing new ones • Motivate and coach team members during projects • Create and execute project plans • Assign tasks to crew to meet daily goals • Communicate with customers and internal resources on behalf of Sunbelt • Develop accurate project timelines • Maintain tools and supplies needed for project completion • Document daily notes, labor logs, progress reports, and required paperwork • Keep shop and yard clean when not assigned to a project • Assist with deliveries, pick‑ups, and everyday business when not on a project • Operate basic equipment such as forklifts and skid loaders

What You Bring

• Knowledge of pumps, generators, power distribution, HVAC and shoring • Strong mechanical background, preferably in a related industry • Proven leadership experience with successful outcomes • Construction experience • Excellent time‑management abilities • Class A CDL preferred • Able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 lb regularly
