About the Role
The role supports channel partners by developing field solutions, managing turnarounds and outages with diagnostics and asset monitoring, and optimizing plant performance through upgrade products. • Develop aftermarket growth programs with regional sales and ensure channel partners support end users. • Align material planning, sourcing, product line, sales, and commercial functions to execute programs. • Achieve targets for unsolicited aftermarket quotes within the assigned channel network. • Communicate and drive retrofit and upgrade program implementation; assess service capabilities. • Build and maintain customer relationships across the region; travel regularly to meet new and existing channels. • Offer flexible working hours to accommodate personal productivity. • Provide contemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities. • Provide tailored financial programs and additional voluntary benefits.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate high energy and drive to improve channel partner service capability. • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. • Possess at least 5 years of experience with control valves, pressure safety‑relief valves, mechanical on‑off valves, control instruments, actuators, and accessories. • Experience in valve applications, failure phenomena, control system integration, plant operations, and technical sales. • Communicate effectively in English, both oral and written. • Travel extensively across the APAC region.
