• Clean carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces using truck‑mounted and portable equipment • Set up, operate, and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently • Assess carpet and floor conditions to select appropriate cleaning methods • Apply cleaning solutions and treatments per company standards • Communicate professionally with customers on site • Keep work vehicles and equipment organized and clean • Follow safety procedures and company protocols • Provide excellent customer service and communication

What You Bring

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our disaster restoration team. The technician will deliver high‑quality carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties, frequently working in post‑loss situations. Successful candidates will bring a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent customer‑service abilities. They must be physically capable of handling equipment and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Training is available for the right applicant. • Demonstrated experience in carpet cleaning or restoration (training provided if needed) • Strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and physical ability to lift equipment and work in various positions • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Possess or be willing to obtain IICRC certification • Experience in disaster restoration, water mitigation, or similar environments • Familiarity with residential and commercial cleaning projects
