About the Role

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and is a full‑time Human Resources position with Hitachi Energy Technology Services. The incumbent will deliver HR administration and employee data management services to internal and external clients, ensuring records are accurate and up‑to‑date. The position focuses on end‑to‑end compensation operations, including annual salary reviews, incentive plans and benefits administration, while maintaining data integrity in Workday and supporting reporting for global stakeholders. The employee will also collaborate with vendors, manage benefits, and follow standard operating procedures to meet service level agreements. • Administer HR services and maintain employee records across client bases. • Perform routine data audits to ensure up‑to‑date and accurate employee information. • Manage compensation processes such as annual salary review, scorecards, short‑term and long‑term incentive plans. • Monitor and validate compensation data in Workday, including salary changes and one‑time payments. • Oversee regional and global employee benefits, coordinating with vendors and procuring services. • Generate standard and ad‑hoc Workday compensation reports for global and regional stakeholders. • Develop, follow and improve SOPs/WIs, identifying process gaps and driving continuous improvement. • Log compensation‑related queries in ServiceNow and ensure adherence to SLA metrics (TAT, quality, C‑SAT). • Extract internal data‑quality reports via ad‑hoc queries or custom transactions. • Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations while upholding Hitachi Energy’s safety and integrity values.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, have at least one year of HR shared‑services experience in a multinational setting, and be proficient with MS Office tools and data‑analysis platforms. Strong stakeholder management, project delivery across time zones, analytical thinking and flexibility to work shifts are essential. • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline. • Possess at least one year of HR shared‑services experience in a global organization. • Experience with compensation activities (salary reviews, STIs, LTIs) and regional benefits administration. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, PowerApps) and strong stakeholder‑management abilities. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across time zones and deliver on schedule. • Strong analytical, collaborative and solution‑oriented work style; flexible to work shifts in a high‑transaction environment. • Fluent in spoken and written English.
