About the Role
The Material Handler plays a key role in supporting warehouse and production operations by ensuring material flow and order fulfillment. • Handle and move materials in warehouse and production environments. • Process material for kitting orders to achieve on‑time delivery. • Complete inventory transactions to maintain accuracy. • Comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE. • Ensure high quality when providing material. • Safely operate warehouse equipment.

What You Bring
Success in this role requires foundational education, relevant experience, technical aptitude, and compliance with location and availability requirements. • Hold a high school diploma from an accredited institution. • Possess at least one year of manufacturing or warehouse experience. • Demonstrate basic computer skills and proficiency with software applications. • Be available to work overtime when required. • Reside within a 50‑mile radius of El Paso, TX (active‑duty military exempt). • Communicate bilingually in English and Spanish. • Exhibit customer focus, problem‑solving, conflict management, and decision‑making abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MRP systems. • Possess strong interpersonal communication skills. • Able to lift 25 lb with or without accommodation.
