What You Bring

Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade‑school training preferred, and have 3–5 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment. Key technical abilities include advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting skills, and the flexibility to adapt to fast‑changing priorities; bilingual ability may be required for some locations. The role requires physical stamina for bending, squatting, lifting 50+ pounds and working both indoors and outdoors as needed.
