About the Role
A Day In The Life – Primary Purpose: To support, troubleshoot, set‑up, process, and repair molding equipment and tooling so manufacturing meets all customer schedules. • Retrieve prepared molds and install them into molding presses. • Secure mold to platen and set up appropriate heating and cooling. • Start up molds using decoupled/scientific molding practices. • Inspect sample parts for surface and dimensional defects. • Document process parameters accurately. • Remove molds from the press and stage for disassembly. • Troubleshoot and correct process problems at the press. • Maintain a clean and organized work area emphasizing safety, quality, efficiency, and utilization.
