About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor will organize, direct, and manage the overall maintenance and preservation of the community, ensuring all areas remain functional and appealing. In this role you will lead the maintenance team, manage inventory, oversee contractor relationships, and work closely with the Property Manager to control the maintenance budget. • Direct and oversee maintenance staff to ensure community areas are maintained • Monitor, support, and improve team performance through skill development • Maintain proper inventory levels and order supplies as needed • Perform hands‑on market‑ready, occupied, and preventive maintenance timely and accurately • Obtain bids, interact with contractors, and assess competitive pricing of supplies • Collaborate with Property Manager on community budget and maintenance expenditures

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings five years of apartment management and supervisory experience, holds a Type II A/C or Universal certification, possesses strong leadership and team‑building abilities, and meets the basic requirements of a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. • Minimum five years of apartment management and supervisory experience • Ability to direct, motivate, train, and develop subordinates • Type II A/C Certification or Universal certification • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license • Strong leadership and team‑building skills • Experience in apartment maintenance
