About the Role

The role manages the Electronic Fire Alarm and Security delivery process, overseeing project engineering, management, order entry, installation, and technical support while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include fiscal oversight, operational coordination, installation management, productivity improvement, personnel development, safety compliance, and legal adherence. The position works closely with sales, service, and various internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and profitability. • Encouraging, collaborative team environment • Ensure total customer satisfaction from order through warranty with effective communication • Deliver projects within approved financial plans, managing costs and profitability • Oversee submittal, engineering, technical support, scheduling, purchasing, and related business issues • Manage installation activities, material purchasing, and subcontractor coordination cost‑efficiently • Drive productivity improvements by setting performance metrics and motivating teams • Recruit, train, and develop installation staff into a cohesive, high‑performing team • Enforce corporate safety programs, conduct accident investigations, and address hazards • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, local laws and company policies

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least five years of district‑operation or fire‑industry management experience, preferably with leadership in electronic fire alarm and security operations and prior P&L management. An associate degree in business or engineering (or equivalent experience) is required, along with strong financial, contractual, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency with MS Office, online systems, and knowledge of relevant codes is essential.
