About the Role
Key responsibilities include partnering with a talented group of process analysts and software engineers to identify finance processes suitable for simplification and automation, performing structured assessments, and forecasting return on investment. The analyst will create detailed process design documents, work closely with the RPA development team to convert designs into functional automations, and define measurable business outcomes. Ongoing collaboration with finance stakeholders, project and product managers, as well as Enterprise IT, Internal Auditing, and Trust & Compliance, ensures that new automations are deployed safely and efficiently. • Identify, assess, and prioritize finance processes for RPA automation. • Conduct structured process assessments and forecast ROI. • Create process design documents and translate them into automated solutions with RPA developers. • Define business outcomes and metrics to measure automation impact. • Collaborate with finance stakeholders, project/product managers, and IT/Compliance teams to ensure safe production deployment. • Provide advisory support to finance units on process optimization and automation strategies. • Apply critical thinking, problem‑solving, and strong communication to bridge technical and business audiences. • Utilize lean, agile, Six Sigma, and Kanban methodologies to drive continuous improvement. • Produce value‑stream maps, documentation, and data‑driven prioritization for automation opportunities. • Manage high‑visibility, high‑risk projects delivering measurable business results.

What You Bring
Candidates must bring at least seven years of experience in finance‑related process improvement, systems analysis, process mining, and intelligent automation. Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities are required to translate abstract concepts into concrete, data‑driven solutions, while excellent communication and facilitation skills enable quick context switching between technical and business audiences. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business operations, or equivalent experience, along with a background in iterative, lean, and agile environments, is expected. Preferred qualifications include a proven track record with intelligent automation tools that deliver measurable business value, deep knowledge of Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, and Kanban practices, and hands‑on experience with Jira, BPM, and complex systems integration. The ideal candidate has created functional and non‑functional requirement documents, delivered presentations to diverse audiences, and managed high‑risk, high‑visibility projects within finance organizations. An analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and product‑development principles is essential. • Leverage 7+ years of experience in finance process improvement, systems analysis, and intelligent automation. • Demonstrated experience with tools such as Jira, BPM, and RPA platforms.
