About the Role

The Property Administrator (CRE) supports the Property Management Team by handling administrative duties and ensuring professional, timely responses to tenant requests and concerns. In this role the incumbent aids lease administration, bidding processes, invoice preparation, office supply management, contract tracking, work‑order monitoring, and reporting, while serving as a liaison between tenants, clients, and management. • Provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing reports, filing and distribution of correspondence • Schedule and coordinate meetings/special events, as requested • Assist in lease administration activities, including tenant contacts and insurance information; generate reports • Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts and approved invoices, and assist Property Managers to ensure compliance with C&W policies and procedures • Prepare and code invoices for Property Manager’s approval • Ensure office is stocked with supplies and other required items to maintain operations • Complete contract and certificates of insurance information promptly and accurately in contract administration software • Track and file contracts and insurance certificates, maintaining a follow‑up system for expirations • Monitor and maintain the property maintenance work‑order system and prepare monthly status reports for Property Manager • Maintain the property purchase order system • Maintain lease and contract files and other property‑management office records • Promote and foster positive relationships with tenants and clients, and track service calls as required • Assist with monthly and quarterly management reports and annual budget preparation • Process staff hours, tenant bill‑back invoices, expense reports, monthly meter readings, and check requests for review and approval

What You Bring

Success requires strong oral and written communication, a customer‑focused orientation, solid organizational and interpersonal abilities, initiative, and the capacity to multitask. Candidates should possess at least a high‑school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and have customer‑service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to handle confidential information are also essential. The position is based in a professional office environment, utilizing standard equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing systems. Compensation ranges from $26.56 to $31.25 per hour, with competitive pay variations based on location, experience, and other factors.
