IT Support Analyst
Provide on‑site IT support, device management, and user assistance for QISG.

About the Role
• Deliver high‑quality client support and act as liaison between end users and technical teams. • Provide first‑line support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications, including troubleshooting desktops, rugged devices, VPN (Cisco AnyConnect), mobile devices, and 5G broadband. • Perform break/fix tasks such as reimaging, installations, removals, and hardware swaps using SCCM or Intune. • Image and configure Dell, Lenovo, or HP laptops and install end‑user software. • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles. • Manage onboarding/off‑boarding, hardware inventory, asset tracking, and lifecycle refreshes, supporting audits.

This entry‑mid‑level IT Support Analyst role is ideal for professionals with a solid foundation in technical support who want to deepen their technical expertise and customer‑service skills in a dynamic environment. Located onsite at 3500 Colonnade Pkwy, Birmingham, AL, the analyst provides hands‑on support across the organization, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues, managing company devices, and supporting onboarding and off‑boarding processes. Strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent documentation habits, and a customer‑focused mindset are essential. • Require 1–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a corporate environment, with hands‑on HP/Dell/Lenovo hardware. • Customer‑facing support experience and ability to contribute to knowledge bases are essential. • Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred; certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundations, MCITP, MCDST, or HDI Desktop Support Technician are a plus.
