About the Role
The Housekeeper is responsible for daily cleaning of public facilities, common areas, and grounds, as well as preparing vacant units for move‑in under the supervision of the Community Manager. Duties include trash removal, upkeep of community offices and amenities, responding to resident and management work orders, and providing excellent customer service while enforcing community policies. The role also requires adherence to Asset Living’s policies, efficient use of resources, and reporting any rule violations. • Clean public facilities, common areas, grounds, and prepare vacant units for move‑in • Perform daily trash removal and upkeep of community offices and amenities • Respond promptly to resident and management service requests and work orders • Provide excellent customer service and enforce community policies • Follow Asset Living policies and report any violations • Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently

What You Bring
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or housing industry experience preferred • Basic computer skills and ability to use on‑site software • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA regulations • Lift and move objects up to 25 lb., work ladders, stairs, and confined spaces; available for overtime, weekends, and emergencies
