About the Role

In this role, senior engineers provide performance reporting and analysis support, ensuring projects meet cost and schedule targets. They act as key contacts for clients, delivering insights that drive project success. Key duties include collaborating with cost and planning engineers to create work breakdown structures and robust performance baselines, establishing progress and cost monitoring methods, producing control reports, and offering performance analysis and recommendations. • Provide performance reporting and analysis on high‑value infrastructure projects. • Develop work breakdown structures and performance baselines with cost and planning engineers. • Establish progress and cost monitoring methods; produce control reports and recommend actions. • Apply earned value, progress updating, cost and change control, baseline management in a Primavera P6 environment. • Utilise Microsoft Excel, Primavera, Oracle/SAP, and web‑based project control tools for data analysis.

What You Bring

Applicants should have experience in a project‑controls environment on major infrastructure programmes such as airports, rail, utilities or defence. Required expertise covers earned value, progress updating, cost and change control, baseline management, reporting, and proficiency with Primavera P6. A relevant graduate qualification, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Oracle or SAP and web‑based control tools are also essential. • Hold a relevant graduate degree and proven project controls experience, preferably in airports, rail, utilities or defence. • Demonstrate proactive, self‑starting attitude with strong communication and analytical skills.
