About the Role
As a Real Estate Portfolio & Administration Specialist you will support end‑to‑end leasing operations, manage the regional real‑estate portfolio and ensure smooth Integrated Facility Management (IFM) across the region. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing commercial lease documents, monitoring OPEX budgets, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with lease, HSE, security and operational standards. You will assist the leasing process by identifying alternative spaces, engaging with landowners and plaza managers, and handling lease documents and escalations. The role includes processing rent payments, resolving basic tenant issues, maintaining portfolio data such as lease updates, space utilization and OPEX figures, and overseeing IFM and FM operations for offices, warehouses and workshops. Facility management duties involve coordinating with IFM and FM contractors, ensuring workplaces remain functional, safe and productive, and managing OPEX budgets through estimation, forecasting and reporting. Administrative support includes document management, vendor coordination, scheduling, procurement assistance, facility request handling and general operational assistance to maintain continuity of operations. You will communicate regularly with leadership and cross‑functional teams, supporting the Regional MEA Real Estate Lead in strategy execution and internal customer needs, while ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations, organizational standards and administrative policies. What You Bring
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field, and at least seven years of experience in real‑estate administration, leasing coordination or portfolio management. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of commercial leases, tax invoicing, reconciliations and compliance, familiarity with IFM operations and vendor management, proficiency in budgeting, OPEX forecasting and corporate systems, and excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Fluency in spoken and written English is required. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate or related field. • Possess 7+ years of experience in real‑estate administration, leasing coordination or portfolio management. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of commercial leases, tax invoicing, reconciliations and compliance requirements. • Familiarity with IFM operations and vendor service‑level oversight. • Proficiency in budgeting, OPEX forecasting and corporate tools. • Exhibit excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Fluent in spoken and written English.
